Description: This contemporary design L-shape residence is located in a plot at Sfalaggiotissa area. The plot has a slope of 4-5 meters. The orientation of the plot, acces views and land natural slope lead us to the proposal of an ‘L-shape’ design. The residence is consisted of 2 levels and a semi-basement. Semi-Basement proposed use is for storage and 2 car-park spaces while the other two levels are proposed for common and private uses. Ground floor houses all common areas such as kitchen, living room, dining area, family sitting area with direct access and view at the central swimming pool patio externally. On the first floor 4 bedrooms are located all overlooking the southern coast of Limassol city.
