{"id":1912,"date":"2016-04-15T10:31:12","date_gmt":"2016-04-15T10:31:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spyrouarchitects.com\/?p=1912"},"modified":"2024-01-09T12:50:01","modified_gmt":"2024-01-09T12:50:01","slug":"high","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spyrouarchitects.com\/en\/high\/","title":{"rendered":"HIGH-TECH OFFICE PROJECT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In September 2015, SPYROU ARCHITECTS, awarded the project, following a selection from a number of Cyprus based architectural firms, for a cooperation with award winning architectural firm \u2018SETTER ARCHITECTS\u2019, based in Tel Aviv, Israel.<\/p>\n<p>The task was to create an office project in Limassol Cyprus to house the Cyprus headquarters of \u2018UTX Technology Ltd\u2019, a multi national software company.<\/p>\n<p>The 5.500msq, complete renovation and transformation of an existing 6 storey high building, was a great challenge. Grater challenge was the time limit of 10 weeks for completing the whole project.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Our office acting as Local Architects was responsible, along with co-designing of various parts of the building, for the management of the whole project throughout. Our Design Team of professional consultants included Architects, Interior Designers, Electrical engineers, Mechanical engineers, Quantity Surveyors etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Managing and involved directly with project planning, daily site meetings, budget costs and financial issues, material orders, coordination of all parties involved, supervision of works etc was a unique experience for us.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The difficult task of Coordination of the 20+ material suppliers, the 15+ specialised sub-contractors, the 5+ Design Team, Project and Local Architects offices and Clients was handled with a complete success.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The project budget was successfully controlled and kept within specified limits even with less than 1% dicreasement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The building delivered to its new occupants within time limit agreed.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In September 2015, SPYROU ARCHITECTS, awarded the project, following a selection from a number of Cyprus based architectural firms, for a cooperation with award winning architectural firm \u2018SETTER ARCHITECTS\u2019, based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
